Meet the team

Tracey Odishoo, MSN, FNP, CNP, BC, FPA

Welcome to Reasons Health!

My name is Tracey Odishoo, and I am a family nurse practitioner and the founder of Reasons Health. I established Reasons Health in response to the great need for psychiatric and mental health providers in our community. Having lived in McHenry County for over 30 years, I’ve had the immense privilege of caring for countless remarkable individuals. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to this wonderful community for allowing me to serve and for supporting my vision to improve access to mental health services.

My career in nursing spans over three decades. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in the Science of Nursing from Barat College and completed my Master’s in Public Health Nursing, specializing in Family Practice, at the University of Illinois in 2001. While my professional path initially led me to emergency services, I quickly discovered my true passion: supporting those who are mentally ill. This realization shaped my focus on psychiatry and mental health care. In recent years, I’ve cared for community members through inpatient psychiatric treatment, Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHPs), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs), and outpatient services.

On a personal note, I’ve been married to my high school sweetheart for over 40 years. Together, we’ve raised three wonderful children who have blessed us with seven amazing grandchildren. Our family is also home to three cats who add snuggles and humor when they see fit. I find joy in music, reading, and nurturing plants and flowers—they bring peace and balance to my life.

Thank you for joining us at Reasons Health. Together, we can build a healthier and stronger community.

Ari Saez, CCMA

Hi! I’m a medical assistant with over four years of experience in healthcare, including specialties like allergy, asthma, immunology, primary care, and cardiology. I also have a background as a nursing assistant, where I supported hospice and dementia patients—an experience that really deepened my love for one-on-one patient care. I have found my home here at Reasons Health. I’ve always been drawn to building real connections with patients, getting to know them beyond the chart, and creating a space where they feel seen and supported. That personal touch is what I value most, and it’s why I’m also continuing my education with a focus on psychiatry. When I’m not at work, you can usually find me in the garden or hanging out with my two cats—Squish and Squash—and my very spoiled fish. I’m recently engaged and excited for what’s ahead, both personally and professionally!

Brandon Lindgren-Ciero

Booking appointments soon!

Hello! I’m Brandon Lindgren-Ciero. I’m a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a background in mental health, emergency medicine and cardiac/neuro telemetry. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of caring for people during some of their most vulnerable moments, and those experiences have shaped how I practice today – with empathy, patience, and respect.

I’m passionate about making healthcare feel safe and approachable, especially for those who may not always feel seen or heard. I strive to be a welcoming space for the LGBTQ+ community and for those who want a provider that truly listens and meets them where they are.
My ultimate goal is to deliver care that not only meets medical needs but also supports the whole person, instilling confidence in their health and future.
