We have a community network for referral services, if needed, which includes PCP, medical specialist, specialized therapy, neurology and neuropsychological evaluation. We also have a vast network of social service referrals.

Although we enjoy seeing you in person telehealth is available. First, though we want to get to know you much better and we want you to feel much better.
Initial visit requires in-person and subsequent telehealth depends on how well you feel.
Reasons Health does not engage in prescribing medications that contribute to addiction. We do not provide nor prescribe benzodiazepines, opioids, opiates or other narcotics or narcotic-like medications or scheduled ll medications such as Adderall or Vyvanse etc.
Reasons Health believes that certain medications, such as Suboxone, save lives.
Appointments are available for those who have been on Suboxone maintenance therapy continuously for at least one year. Verification of continuous maintenance therapy is required via IL PMP or by other means as necessary. Monthly visits and drug testing are required for continuous maintenance. For initiation or reinitiation of Suboxone we happy to provide referrals.
